BABES GOLF Membership Policy & Terms and Conditions

MEMBERSHIP TIERS

Babes Golf offers three membership tiers. Each tier is available as a Paid in Full (annual) or Monthly option, each carrying a minimum commitment period as outlined below.

 

Elite Membership

  • Paid in Full (Annual): 12-month commitment

  • Monthly: 12-month commitment

 

Premier Membership

  • Paid in Full (Annual): 12-month commitment

  • Monthly: 6-month commitment

 

National Membership

  • Paid in Full (Annual): 12-month commitment

  • Monthly: 3-month commitment +  $20 onboarding

 

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Babes Golf. Please review the following terms carefully before joining or making any changes to your membership.

1.  Membership Status

Membership is active from the date of enrollment until cancellation. All memberships are set to auto-renewal unless canceled by the member in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

 

2.  Membership Commitment Periods

All memberships carry a minimum commitment period based on the tier and payment option selected. Members are responsible for fulfilling the full commitment period of their chosen plan. Early cancellation prior to the end of the commitment period will result in an early cancellation fee. Please contact info@babesgolf.org for details on the applicable fee for your membership tier.

 

3.  Cancellation Policy

All membership cancellations require a 30-day written notice sent to Babes Golf via email at info@babesgolf.org. Failure to provide the required notice may result in an auto-renewal charge. Cancellations submitted mid-month will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle after the 30-day notice period has been satisfied.

 

4.  Refund Policy

All membership fees are non-refundable. Any processed monthly payment refund requests will be subject to a $30 processing penalty. Paid-in-full memberships are not eligible for refund once processed.

 

5.  Rejoining Membership

In the event of a lapsed membership or voluntary cancellation followed by a decision to rejoin, the rejoining member will be subject to the current membership rate at the time of rejoining. Founding Member rates cannot be reinstated once a membership has lapsed or been canceled.

 

6.  Membership Switching

Members may switch their membership plan from monthly to annual, or between tiers, at any time. Changes will not be prorated. Switching to a different tier or payment plan may reset the minimum commitment period.

 

7.  Annual Membership Renewal

For annual memberships, the term commences on the enrollment date or the date of switch from monthly to annual, and remains active for one full year. Memberships will automatically renew annually unless a cancellation notice is submitted in accordance with the cancellation policy.

 

Your membership fee keeps our mission and club alive, supporting the growth of women’s golf.
