If spots are still available after our member pre-sale, we’ll open registration to non-members. Pro tip: becoming a member guarantees early access and first dibs on future trips.

What is the pricing based on?All packages are based on double occupancy, meaning two people will share a room. Each guest must purchase their own ticket. Don’t have a roommate? We’ve got you! We’ll pair you with another guest. Already have someone in mind? Just let us know their name

Is airfare included?No, airfare is not included in the trip cost. However, we will send out recommended flights so everyone can arrive around the same time — this helps keep transportation seamless and cost-effective. Our group transportation is arranged to do one airport pickup and drop-off, so selecting one of the suggested flights ensures you're included without any additional fees. Don’t worry — we’ll pick the best-priced and most convenient options for you.

Can I room with a friend?Yes! There are two queen beds per suite. You can request your roommate during sign-up. If you're traveling solo, we’ll pair you with another awesome babe.

Can I opt out of golf?You can skip a round and hang by the pool or head to the spa instead. Just let us know so we can adjust pairings — the cost remains the same.

Can I come early or stay later?Absolutely — just let us know and we’ll help coordinate your extended stay if possible.

Is tipping included?The resort is all-inclusive, but we do recommend bringing small bills for tipping hotel staff, spa services, or any off-resort extras. It’s not required, but always appreciated.

Do I have to be a good golfer to attend?Not at all. Babecation is all about fun, not perfection. We welcome all skill levels. We will be collecting handicaps at checkout to help build fair and balanced pairings. If you don’t have a handicap yet, we recommend joining Babes Golf Annual Membership. You’ll get access to GHIN and can establish a handicap by entering three 18-hole rounds or six 9-hole rounds before the trip.
